The Help Our Homeland (HOH) Association was established and legally registered as an NGO at the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia on 13 December 2004. It is an independent, non-governmental and voluntary body, incorporated in the form of non-profit and non-political alliance.

The initiative to establish the association came from a free decision of a group of individual hometown leavers of broad opportunities to support & contribute to developing Cambodia’s human resource while observing various social issues, results of war of several decades in the country.
